Whether you have an idea of what you want your final product to look like or not, give yourself the reassurance that B FREE Construction will provide exactly what you intended with a virtual design. With approval from the design team, B FREE Construction can also work with you to alter designs.
THE STEPS
Let us walk you through a few simple steps to finalize your virtual product. This approach will ensure an efficient workflow and timely completion without compromising quality.
FIRST
We want to take our time with this process. Soon your product will truly be SET IN
STONE / SOIL / WOOD / CONCRETE

Explore our products and save them to your cart or favorites to help you determine your budget and product preferences. Please keep in mind that additional costs may apply during the design process. If you choose to add utilities, structures attached to an existing building, or undertake construction on an area larger than 150 square feet, then there will be fees for architectural and engineering stamps, as well as city plan reviews and inspections.

Be sure to submit the design form to start the designing process.
SECOND
​​
After completion of the "DESIGN FORM," you will need to request a day for an in person site walk.
B FREE Construction will review your form to best provide confirmation of code compliance, permits, material samples and recommendations.
​
The site walk will assist in determining required equipment and identifying potential utilities (irrigation, electrical, gas, water) as well as any other unknown obstacles.​
THIRD​
​During the site visit, you will have the option for us to scan your property. Creating a personalized 3D view of your exact area will provide you a few services.​

FOURTH​
This is your opportunity to relax and let B FREE Construction work from the notes provided in the "Design Form" and from the site walk to create your personalized rendering.​
​
Should there be any questions we will reach out to you.
​
Typical turnaround time to complete a rendering is 6-8 weeks. This is dependent on size and complexity requested.
​
If you're not satisfied with the final product, we understand that it takes time and effort to realize your vision. That is why we are happy to offer a second rendering, whether through side-by-side comparisons or two adjustments to the same design. Please note that after this, additional requests will require a separate quote.

FIFTH​
Once the rendering is complete, you will receive an email notification along with a walkthrough of the finished product and several angle photos.
​
This is your opportunity to confirm the final product or request a redesign.
​
Please note: depending on the size of the project we will be required to submit to a specific engineer/architect for a stamp of approval & submission to the City for their approval as well. This ensures we are meeting codes, permits, location restrictions, etc. Duration of this is dependent on the party submitted to.

For any questions or concerns, we are more than happy to discuss during our site visit. Our goal with this feature is to streamline your project and mitigate as many obstacles as possible.

CONGRATULATIONS!
You have made it to the end of the design phase.
At this point, the design is complete. All requirements through our company, city, and state have been determined. You are almost ready for construction mobilization.

By now, B FREE Construction will have discussed with you how we will proceed with construction should you decide to proceed. If not, then you will be only provided with the videos/photos/RCP. files in the event you would like to build it in the future.
