3D scanning generates a point cloud, offering visual reference that helps you accurately identify exposed, hard-to-reach, or soon-to-be-covered objects. You can easily locate these objects, navigate around the area as if they are still accessible, and gain optimal vantage points. Additionally, this technology creates an archive that enables you to later take precise measurements for elevations and distances.

During the scan, a 360 photo is captured as well.

REVIT - POINT CLOUD IMPORT
Point clouds can be imported into REVIT or CIVIL 3D for further manipulation. You can create horizontal or vertical section cuts, select individual points for information, and make views that more accurately depict specific locations. Additionally, reference lines or planes can be inserted to streamline inspections of multiple locations simultaneously.
